An Unprecedented Release

Cephalofair Games is a board game design and publishing company with an international fan-base. Their small team of four publishes and distributes some of the top-rated board games in their category, including the wildly successful Gloomhaven and Jaws of the Lion.

Their following is so strong that the much-anticipated release of the Gloomhaven sequel, Frosthaven, brought in an initial record-setting $12,969,608 in pledges.

As an industry leader, Cephalofair Games is not afraid to push the boundaries of game design to delight their fans. In fact, Frosthaven was an unprecedented release – containing more content, more pieces, and more story than any other game on the market. Unlike traditional board games, it was heavy – over 30 pounds – and its production and fulfillment were no small undertaking.
